Cancellation Policy - Spa
We understand sometimes things change and you may need to change or cancel a booking though there are to be no changes or cancellations to any booking within 3 weeks of check-in date, if a booking is changed or cancelled with in the 3 week period, we will put it back on the market for sale. If we can and do re-sell the room we will refund the amount taken only if it is to the same value it was originally sold for, if not then we will refund the remaining amount to make up the difference if it had to be sold for at a lesser value for a last minute deal to get a sale.Eg: sold to you for $200.00 then resold for $180.00 you will receive $180.00 back also less $25.00 administration costs which would then be a return of $155.00.
