Guests
The number of guests in the apartment/room at any one time shall not exceed the number of guests declared on your reservation. Should you exceed the number of guests we reserve the right to terminate the reservation immediately, with out there being a refund. Should you bring along other guests with you and as long as there is a bed for them to sleep in you are able to pay the extra fee's upon check in time.
Check In Time
Check in time is 2:30pm, if you arrive earlier than this time you will not be granted access unless it has been perviously approved by one of our staff, please do not turn up any earlier than 1pm as it is not possible for us to grant entry before this time.
Check Out Time
Check out time is 10:00am, you must be vacated by this time, if you do not comply with this time then additional fee's may be charged to your room account upon checking out. If you do require a late check out they can be arranged at reception or with staff upon booking, this can incur additional fee's and is subject to the check-ins the following day.
Service's
If you are not staying for more than 3 nightss and require your Room/Apartment to have linen & towels changed or would like it to be serviced, please contact reception or let us know upon booking time, please note a charge will be incurred for this service.
Smoking
All our properties are smoke free as a courtesy to other guests please do not smoke in door ways with doors open, or within a metre radius of any entrance/exit, ashtrays are provided outside all entrances to the side for butts. If this rule is found to be broken in anyway then the cleaning & deoderising fee's start at $100.00, which will be charged with out notification.
Noise
Please arrive and depart quietly. Do not have televisions to a level that will disturb others around you. Any noise made after 11pm which is a disturbance to other guests will result in your reservation being cancelled, with out a refund and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
Rules and By Law
We have a no party policy: parties are strictly prohibited, we have the right to call the police and evict you with no refunds on accommodation.
Keys
Your keys provided to you grant access to your Apartment/room, these keys are registered and for loss of a key a fee of $30.00 applies, after hours call out fee's start from $35.00, if a lock smith has to be called and/or anything else such as a lock change should occur due to the guest/s loosing the key/s, then the guest/s will be held responsible for all charges that come with it, as management takes no responsibility once the keys have been handed over to the guest.
Cleaning
Your apartment/room must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness, as a cleaning fee will apply if it is not, if there are any stains they will be charged for accordingly.
Damage/Breakages
If there are any damages or breakages whilst you are on your stay with us please report it to reception immediately, a fee may be charged, if fee's are charged they are based upon the value of the damage or breakage that has to be fixed, also if a handyman or tradesman has to be called out or not, all honous is on the guest we take no responsibility for what happens at our property by our guest, whilst guests have paid for the accommodation they have not paid for the right to damage or break anything whilst on there stay. Fee's will be charged accordingly.
Maintenance
Whilst on your stay we would really appreciate if there are any maintenance issues, you could report them to reception as we do not always get a chance to check everything over every change over, should you also like to suggest something to us that we could add or change or possibly get rid of to our properties, that would increase the pleasure & comfort of your stay with us, we would love to hear all your feedback from likes to dislikes and constructive criticism.
