Cancellations

No charge for cancellation up to 14 days in advance.

Full amount payable if cancellation is within 14 days of reservation (may be possible to arrange an alternative reservation date).

Check In/ Check Out Times

Check in time is 2:00pm, early check in may be arranged if required.

Check out time is 10:00am, late check out times may be arranged if required.  If you have spa treatments booked at our on-site Day Spa prior to 11am, late check out will be granted free of charge.

Services

If you are staying for more than 2 nights and require your Room/Apartment to have fresh  linen & towels or would like it to be serviced, please contact reception, please note a small charge will be incurred for this service.

Robes and slippers are available for use for a small fee.

Smoking

All our properties are smoke free as a courtesy to other guests.

Noise

Please be mindful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum.

Keys

If you lose your keys, you will be charged a replacement fee.

Cleaning/Maintenance

Please leave your apartment/room in a reasonable state of cleanliness, as a cleaning fee will apply for excessive mess or damage.

Please report any maintenance issues so that we can expedite a repair or replacement.

Damage/Breakages

Please report any damages or breakages that occur during your stay as a fee may be required to be charged.
